Please arrive at the school on Monday at 5:15am – coaches will be loaded, and then aim to leave at approximately 5:45am. Each coach will display a card detailing which tutor groups will be travelling on each coach. They will be as follows (members of staff in bold are responsible for each of the tutor groups. Where the normal tutor isn’t available for the trip, a substitute has been put in place:

Please hand all medical items to the person responsible for the tutor group on arrival.
We will text parents with an update on safe arrival at the Chateau – it is a long journey so this will not be until Monday evening and on the journey back, once we arrive at the ferry port of Caen (Friday late afternoon) to confirm sailing time and anticipated ETA (expected back at Perins about 11pm but this can be subject to ferry delays) .
