Mortons TravelMortons Travel operate a private hire bus for Perins students from/to Basingstoke and the surrounding area.  This is a private arrangement between Mortons and parents where payment is made directly to the company.  The cost is currently £110 per month paid by direct debit over 10 months.

As bus places are limited, we recommend that parents contact Mortons to secure their child’s place on the bus as soon as their school place has been confirmed.

New route and late bus From September 2017:

  • From September Mortons witll be serveing additonal locations including Chineham, Popley, Winklebury, Cranbourne and Brighton Hill. Timings are still to be finalised.
  • Prices not being increased and will remain the same as the last academic year.
  • Mortons will be introducing a late bus on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, departing Perins School at approximately 17.15 or 17.30. This will be confirmed once the school have collated information on club and activity finishing times. The route will cover the vast majority of the areas served but possibly not all. It will not run on early school closure days. Your child will need to book this service by midday of the day required. Any student without a reservation will not be permitted to travel. Bookings will be made via a new link that will become live on our website. Mortons are pleased to provide the late service completely free of charge.

Car Share

If you live in the Basingstoke area and bring your children to school by car then there is a Facebook page called Perins – Basingstoke car share administrated by Laura Perry, who has two students at the school. It is a great way to reduce the number of cars on the road whilst meeting other Perins families.
