Perins is a popular school and we are often over-subscribed. We are delighted that so far we have been able to offer places to all students living within catchment, and to all those who already have a sibling at the school, as they move from primary to secondary school in Year 7. Each year we have also been able to offer places to out of catchment students: the number of places varies each year, but this has usually been in the region of 30 places from the 208 on offer. Distance is a key factor for out of catchment students – the furthest distance for offered places is usually in the region of 10 miles from Perins.
