Congratulations to Talia and Shane who were successful winners of the Rotary Cooking competition. Shane made a delicious Carrot & Coriander Soup and Talia’s Pheasant (Jus made with carcass) with roasted seasonal vegetables served with curly brazed kale and a red cabbage puree was amazing!
