Sporting Success for Toby and Ashton

We are delighted to share some fantastic sporting news involving two of our talented students, Toby B and Ashton S, who continue to make us incredibly proud with their achievements in rugby.

Both boys are part of the prestigious Bath Academy Under‑15 rugby programme, and recently took part in an impressive representative fixture:
South Berkshire PDG (Toby) vs Hampshire PDG (Ashton).

It was a high‑quality, competitive match played with superb spirit by everyone involved, and both Toby and Ashton delivered outstanding performances on the field.

What made this fixture particularly special was the unusual experience of seeing the boys line up on opposing sides, as they usually play together for Petersfield Rugby Club. Despite being on opposite teams, both showed brilliant sportsmanship, focus, and commitment throughout.

We are incredibly proud of the level at which Toby and Ashton continue to compete, and of the way they represent Perins with maturity and dedication alongside their academy and club rugby commitments.

A huge well done to both boys, a fantastic achievement and a wonderful example of hard work paying off.
