Toby’s Unforgettable Day with the Scottish Rugby Pathway

Last weekend, Toby was invited to the final stage of selection for the Scottish Rugby (SQ) Pathway Programme for U15 players born in 2010. This prestigious event took place at Kingsholm Stadium, the iconic home of Gloucester Rugby.

The day marked the culmination of the 2024–25 SQ U15 Programme and focused on developing high-level individual skills and tactical awareness in a performance-driven environment. With a strong emphasis on Scotland’s core rugby principles, the sessions covered:

  • Attack – Ball movement and rugby speed
  • Defence – Competing for the ball
  • All underpinned by decision-making and tactical understanding

Toby took part in a fast-paced, three-way triangular game, experiencing the intensity and precision of elite-level training. It was a day filled with challenge, growth, and inspiration.

We are incredibly proud of Toby’s achievement and look forward to seeing his continued development as he progresses into the U16 Scotland Rugby Pathway.
