LAMDA Exam Results October 2023

We are delighted to report another outstanding set of LAMDA results for the children of Perins School. A private exam centre was ran over two weekends in October 2023, where there was a full range of Grades being taken, including many medal exams (which hold UCAS points) and the students were examined by one of LAMDA’s most formidable senior examiners.

The senior examiner (who examines for LAMDA all over the world) complimented the high standard of performers, the excellent knowledge they hold surrounding the process of acting and performing and the vast range of scenes and extracts she had the privilege to watch: “I have been thoroughly entertained for two days with some of the best live theatre! Thank you Perins students.”

We could not be prouder of these students who diligently worked to achieve such brilliant marks. A special mention in particular to Leo P who overcame so much anxiety to give (what the examiner described as) “a phenomenal performance”. A score of 94% at the Bronze Medal level truly is remarkable. Leo performed a very moving monologue about the challenges faced by an autistic student trying to negotiate his way through school.

Well done, congratulations and bravo to all.
