Health and wellbeing support available to families over the holidays

With the summer holidays coming up, free health and wellbeing support is available throughout the break.

ChatHealth offers confidential text support for parents, carers, families, and young people across three age groups (0-5, 5-19, and 11-19). Experienced health visitors and school nurses provide advice on a wide range of health and emotional wellbeing issues.

Other available services include:

Kooth: free online counselling for young people aged 11-25
Smokefree Hampshire: support to quit smoking or vaping
Catch 22: specialist support for young people affected by substance misuse
Mental Wellbeing Hampshire: community mental health support
Family Information and Services Hub (FISH): local activities and services
The Solihull Approach: free online parenting courses
