Important: School and Post-16 Transport Application Deadlines for 2025/26

We’d like to remind you of the upcoming Hampshire County Council transport application deadlines for the 2025/26 academic year. If your child may be eligible for school transport support, please read the information below carefully.

School Transport (Reception–Year 11):

If your child is eligible for transport assistance and you're applying for support for the next academic year, you can do so now via the Hampshire County Council website.

If your child already receives school transport, you do not need to reapply unless your circumstances have changed (e.g. house move or school change).

To be considered for this service, applications must be submitted by 30 June 2025.

Please note: This is a discretionary service and includes a partial financial contribution from parents. Applications submitted after this deadline will likely result in transport not being available until January 2026.
