Sports BBQ 2025 - still time to get your ticket!

Following another successful sporting year at Perins, the PE Department would like to invite you to the Sports BBQ on Friday 20th June, an evening to recognise sporting achievements during the year. 
 
A BBQ will be served by a local butcher’s shop from Alresford, and various awards will be presented. These will include: 
 
- Junior and Senior School Colours (awarded to Y8 and Y10 pupils who have been committed to a sport involved in regular fixtures) 
- Participation Certificates for pupils who have been exceptionally committed to clubs that do not lead on to competitive fixtures 
- a Club Man and a Club Lady award for a boy and girl in Year 7 and in Year 9 who have attended a wide range of clubs with exceptional commitment 
- Tutor Group of the Year awards for Y7 & Y9 tutor groups whose tutees have achieved the best overall attendance at school clubs during the year 
- Leader of the Year (Y10) 
- The Jack Saunders Cup for Perseverance and Progress (Y10) 
- Team of the Year  
 
The event will be held on Friday, 20th June in the top hall. 1800 and 2030. Cost per person for those who would like food will be £10. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS.  
 
Payments must be made via Scopay until Thursday 19th June at 9am to secure food orders – please select Sports BBQ Food (meat or vegetarian option), indicating the number of food tickets required.   
 
Food tickets will be issued on your arrival on 20th June. Please note that free admission will be granted to anyone wishing to attend who does not require food. We look forward to seeing many of you then.
